Questions
Do you take insurance?
No. Nurse Contour is self-pay only. We don't bill health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. You pay when your care is confirmed, and we can give you an itemized receipt.
Is this emergency care?
No. Our nurses support planned recovery at home. In an emergency, call 911.
Can I choose my nurse?
Yes. After you pick your dates, you'll see every nurse who is free on them. You can request one or let us match you. Our nurse reviewer confirms the final match.
What procedures do you support?
Planned outpatient procedures where you go home the same day or soon after, such as orthopedic, abdominal and general surgery. Our nurse reviewer checks every request, and we'll tell you if home care isn't the right fit.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel in the app. Before your care is confirmed there's no charge. After that, call us and we'll go over your options.
